2011 Banquet

    The Blue Hills Trail Association, Inc. holds a fundraising banquet each fall.  This provides a fun opportunity to renew acquaintances and share in anticipation of the upcoming winter cross country ski season.  Whether you've attended past fundraisers, or are new to this event, we hope you will enjoy this year's gathering that includes a cash bar, a delicious buffet meal, two major raffles, plus many other prizes offered as silent auction items.  RESERVATIONS ARE MANDATORY!  Reservations after October 25th need to be made by phone (see below).

    Saturday, October 29th, 2011
    5:30 p.m. social hour & review available prizes
    6:30 p.m. dinner
    7:30 p.m. prize distribution

    Burdy's Sports Bar & Grill Reception Hall in Weyerhaeuser

     

    The menu

    Buffet featuring grilled chicken and BBQ ribs
    Vegetarian option - meatless lasagna

     

    The cost

    $13 per person - paid in advance

    Members and non-members are all welcome

    Major prizes

    The two major raffles are $250 gift cards - one for New Moon Ski & Bike in Hayward, the other for Spring Street Sports in Chippewa Falls (the Spring Street Sports raffle is available only to banquet attendees).  The many silent auction items include a pair of Salomon Equipe 10 skate skis (187 cm), a pair of Fischer SCS skate skis, more than $200 worth of Fast Wax, and a 2010 Green Bay Packers team autographed football.
