Completely revised for 2009: an 8 km race for high school teams & other interested participants.

no entry fee ($5 trailhead donations are encouraged)            
please bring a food item to donate to local food shelves

Freestyle Race Course (first revised for 2005 to take advantage of smoother trail sections & more negotiable downhills in the event of low snow conditions):

Fees:

No entry fee, however a day-use trailhead donation of $5 is encouraged
Please donate a non-perishable food item for local food shelves

Registration:

Courtesy registration by contacting Frank prior to race day - email flowry@citizens-tel.net or phone Frank 715.967.2318
Same day registration, please arrive by 10 a.m. to prepare for an 11 a.m. start
Racers placed in waves based on order of registration (early arrival means early wave start)
If you have team bibs, please wear them
Along with team coaches, we will have volunteers at the finish line to help sort out the details
