Non-members: Justin Bucher.

Minutes

Motion by Buslee, second by Brockbank, to dispense with reading of the prior minutes.  Unanimously carried.

Treasurer's Report

Presented by Lori Mikunda.  Discussion held.  Motion by Buslee, seconded by Lowry, to approve the Treasurer's report as presented.  Unanimously carried.

Old Business:

Jan Paulsen updated the status of the 501C3 application.  This is still in the hands of Carolyn Stephens, Precision Accounting.

Buslee expressed an interest in continuing the Full Moon Ski events.

New Business:

Discussed establishment of snow shoeing trails on the new logging trails.

A waxing clinic will again be held prior to the start of the ski season.  Tom & Lori Mikunda have again expressed a willingness to host the clinic.

Discussed organizing events to attract young children.  In the past, Jerry Schneider has offered to teach skate skiing and is willing to continue.

Reorganization of the Rusk County Trail Association

Lengthy discussion held regarding the reorganization of the Club and its assets.

Election of Officers

President: Chris Buslee nominated Dave Olsen.  Motion by Buslee, second by Tom Paulsen, to close nominations and cast a unanimous ballot for Olsen.  Unanimously carried.

Vice President: Carolyn Chatterton nominated Frank Lowry.  Motion by Buslee, second by Tom Paulsen, to close nominations and cast a unanimous ballot for Lowry.  Unanimously carried.

Secretary: Howard Chatterton nominated Jan Paulsen as Secretary.  Motion by Buslee to close the nominations and cast a unanimous ballot for Paulsen.  Second by Tom Paulsen.  Unanimously carried.

Treasurer: Frank Lowry nominated Carolyn Chatterton as Treasurer.  Motion by Buslee, second by Mikunda, to close the nominations and cast a unanimous ballot for Chatterton.  Unanimously carried.
